Terms of Use

1. Booking

Please advise us about the required accommodation and the travel period informing us via telephone or e-mail we will need your full name, your address and telephone number.

You will receive a booking confirmation in written together with the type of payment.

A deposit of 25% of the lease price has to be transfered within 5 working days in order to confirm the booking binding.

The remainder of the lease price is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. In case we did not receive this within the mentioned time frame, the booking will be considered as cancelled.

2. Cancelation of Booking

In case of cancellation of an already binding booked accommodation, the deposit and remaining amount can only be recompensed less charges and if we can rent the accommodation successfully to someone else.

Therefore we recommend travel cancellation insurance.

3. Arrival and Departure

The apartment is available on the day of your arrival at 2 pm and is to leave on your day of departure at 10 am.

The tenant reserves the right to change the apartment of the booking if necessary. The new apartment which is in the same property has to be at least equal in size and standard.

4. Extra Charges

Extra charges, like electricity (01.05. – 31.10.), water, heating, wireless internet access, gas are included in the rent. If any gas bottle is empty, we would like you to inform the landlord or another authorized person. The final cleaning is a one day rent.
Electricity (01.11. – 30.04.) will be charged as per consumption.
A deposit of €150 must be paid when the keys are handed over; this will be refunded when the keys are returned with a proper handover of the apartment and after charging costs of electricity.

5. Bed Linen and Towels

There are clean sheets put on when you arrive. Should you stay longer than 2 weeks, extra linen and towels for the bath and the kitchen are included as well.

Towels are not to be taken to the beach.

6. Notice of Defects

The visitor is obliged to inform the landlord or another authorized person immediately about any defects of his apartment, so that they can be corrected as soon as possible. For a possible correction of defects must be given access to the apartment.

7. Pets

Pets are allowed on request.

8. Power or Water Failure

In Andalusia it is possible that there might occur power or water failure caused by heavy rain fall, storm or other incidents. Both the inhabitants of the village and our guests have to adjust to these circumstances. No reductions can be granted in any of these cases.

9. Damages at the accommodations

The visitor is responsible for any damages of the accommodation that he causes during his stay. Damaged equipment is to be replaced.

10. No utilized Services

For any no utilized services (e.g. earlier return) cannot be made any reclamation. Should it be possible for us to let the apartment to other guests in this time, we would refund you the rent of these days less a service fee.

11. Liability

We do not accept liability for any accidents at our plot or at/in the pool.
