After your arrival at the airport in Malaga you take your rental car and drive in direction Malaga (Cadiz) on the motorway.

You stay on the right side in order to change to the direction Almeria/Motril and follow this motorway until you reach the exit of “La Herradura”. At the roundabout you drive to the left in direction Almunecar on the N340 until the entrance of La Herradura.

Enter to La Herradura and follow the main road down until the beach where you can park.
Here you will see the information desk of the tourism office. As soon as you called us we are pleased to pick you up there. Directly in front there is a telephone in case you don’t have a mobile phone with you.

For the trip to La Herradura we would like to recommend the route along the spanish coast (E 15/N-340).

Having passed the villages Motril and Almuñécar you reach the entrance of La Herradura.
It is also possible to reach La Herradura by motorway via Granada. From Granada you also have to drive in direction of ‘Motril/Almuñécar’.
